Streamers compete based on how well their viewers' bets perform. Weekly ROI scores are smoothed for fairness — best 8 of 12 weeks count towards your season score. Dynamic divisions keep it competitive.
All bets in a week are combined into one score: ROI × (bets / (bets + 15)). More betting activity = stronger signal. Channel size doesn't matter — it's all about performance.
Your season score is the average of your best 8 weekly scores. Miss up to 4 weeks with no penalty. Multiple races per week all contribute to that week's combined score.
As the league grows, streamers are placed into divisions (Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum). Top 25% promote, bottom 25% relegate each season.
How Scoring Works
Weekly Score
Each iRacing week (Tuesday to Monday), all bets placed across every race in your channel are combined into a single weekly score. The formula:
ROI = (total payout − total stake) / total stake for the week. If your viewers bet 10,000 and win back 12,000, ROI = 0.20 (20%).
Smoothing (K=15) = the bets / (bets + 15) factor. With 15 bets you get 50% strength; with 60 bets you're at 80%. This prevents one or two lucky/sabotage bets from swinging the score.
Season Score
The iRacing season has 12 racing weeks. Your weekly scores are sorted best-to-worst, and the top 8 are averaged to produce your season score.
Season Week Structure
Weeks 1–12: Racing weeks. Bet, race, and submit results. Multiple races per week all contribute to that week's combined score.
Week 13 (Results Week): Standings are frozen. No betting, no new submissions. Final standings are calculated, divisions assigned, and promotions/relegations determined. This is the off-week between iRacing seasons.
Divisions & Promotion
The league dynamically creates divisions based on how many streamers are competing. At the end of each season, the top 25% of each division are promoted and the bottom 25% are relegated.

You need at least 60 total bets across the season to be eligible for promotion.
Why Channel Size Doesn't Matter
- ✓ Scoring uses ROI (return on investment), not total volume
- ✓ K-smoothing requires real activity — one or two bets barely register
- ✓ No metric uses viewer count, total wagered, or absolute profit
- ✓ Divisions match you against streamers of similar competitive level
